Start by making fragrant breading. Melt butter and put fillet of anchovies with chopped garlic in it. Wait for the fish carcass to melt, then pour the crumb into the preheated mixture and fry until golden. Put the crumbs on the napkins and allow to cool.

Roll off the dried legs in flour with paprika, then dip into a beaten egg and sprinkle with fragrant crumbs. Put chicken on a parchment covered baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
