Chicken roll with cheese

A hot appetizer in the form of chicken fillet with cheese, can be prepared in two different variations. Within the first variation, the core for the roll can become the fillet itself wrapping the cheese filling, and within the second - an additional ingredient that fulfills the role of "envelope" for our roll, for example, pita bread, pancake or rice paper. In a frying pan, melt the butter and fry on it onions with mushrooms until soft. Mix the dressing with vegetable salsa and chopped hot pepper.

Chicken fillet cut in half in order to form a "book". Lightly beat off the edges of the chicken fillet, as well as salt and pepper them from both sides. In the pocket we put a portion of hard and processed cheese and vegetable filling with mushrooms. We wrap the edges of the chicken and fix them with toothpicks. We dip the chicken in kefir, crumble it in breading and put it on a baking sheet.

Chicken fillet is cleaned of films, washed and filled with water. Boil chicken, do not forget to salt water during cooking. The boiled filet is cooled, after which we disassemble the fibers. Stir the chicken with any preferred amount of hot sauce and a barbecue sauce.

Carrots and celery are mine and cut into thin strips. Mixing crushed vegetables with cream cheese, lemon zest and dill.

On a small sheet of pita bread or a special egg wrapper for rolls, we put a portion of vegetables with cheese, and next place chicken. Roll the roll and fry it in vegetable oil until a crispy crust. You can reduce the calorie content of the dish. To do this, roll the rolls on a baking tray and put in a preheated oven for 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
