Frozen shrimps before cooking give pre-thaw in a gentle mode, shifting them to the lower shelf of the refrigerator. After that, we heat up enough water to boil in a large saucepan, add salt to it, throw peppercorns, laurel leaves, clove buds and a bunch of fresh dill. Let's water again, pour the defrosted shrimp and turn off the fire. We give them only a little warm up in hot water under the lid for one to two minutes, depending on the size of the shellfish. How to cook fried shrimp for beer?
Ingredients:
- shrimp frozen - 450 g;
- salt is large - 25 g or to taste;
- garlic teeth - 4 pcs .;
- vegetable oil refined - 55 ml;
- lemon juice - 25 ml.
Preparation
For frying choose a thick-walled frying pan, warm it thoroughly, pouring into it quite a bit of vegetable oil without flavor. We lay the shrimp without defrosting into boiling oil and fry, stirring until all the moisture evaporates. - flour sifted - 190 g;
- 1 large chicken egg;
- vegetable oil without flavor (for frying) - 100 ml.

Mix the sifted flour with beer or carbonated water and egg, achieving uniformity, and then leave to infuse for about thirty minutes.
When the shrimps dry, and the claret stays, we dip one shrimp in a flour mixture and immediately put it into a thoroughly heated oil in a frying pan. We let the products be browned from two sides on high heat, and then we put it on a plate and immediately serve it to the table.
