In hot water, we dilute until the gelatin is completely dissolved, and then filter the mixture. We will prepare the roll with a carton of juice: lay out the meat and fill it with gelatin. We close the top with the lid and put the package in a deep pan. Pour the water and cook for about an hour. After this, carefully take the bag from the pan and, without opening it, leave it to cool. Next, we remove it in the refrigerator for about 5 hours, and then gently cut the package, take out the chicken roll with jelly, cut it into pieces and decorate it with chopped greens.

We wash the chicken thoroughly under running water and remove the skin from it gently. Now with the help of a sharp knife, cut all the flesh from the bones, cut it into pieces and add it to taste. The working surface is lined with food foil, we lay out prepared chicken meat in one layer and lightly beat it with a hammer. In a separate bowl, mix dry gelatin with spices and evenly sprinkle this mixture with our meat. Very carefully turn off all rolls so that the film does not get inside. Pour water into it about 1/3 and send it to a hot oven, setting the temperature at 200 ° C. After 1 hour, carefully take the roll, cool it at room temperature, and then transfer it to the refrigerator and leave it for 3 hours, to freeze. Then unfold the chicken roll, cut into the same small pieces, put it on a dish and sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs.

We wash the chicken, cut it, cut the meat from the bones and crush it with medium pieces. Then sprinkle curry, spices, salt to taste and squeeze garlic. All carefully mix and leave to marinate. This time, pour dry gelatin into warm water and mix well until it dissolves completely. Pour the mixture into meat and stirring. Now cut off the necessary length of the sleeve for baking, tie one end with a thread and put all the meat into it. Then we tighten the other end, leaving at the same time a little bit of free space to expand the mass at boiling. The sleeve is wrapped in a food film and bandaged with a ribbon. Then we immerse it in a wide pan, fill it with filtered water, put it on the fire and boil for about 2 hours with a weak boil, periodically turning over. After that, turn off the stove, and do not remove the roll until it cools down a little. Then accurately drain the water, leave the roll in the same saucepan, put the lid on it, install the load and remove the structure for 6 hours in the refrigerator.
