Briol - nothing more than a simple omelette with minced meat. There are several ways of making briolis. For the classic version, a dense layer of minced meat is laid out on a freshly poured egg and poured on top of it. Simpler recipes involve laying out the prepared minced meat on a pre-fried omelette on one side. In that, or otherwise, the dish will turn out very tasty and satisfying.

This recipe is not authentic because of additives like ketchup and cucumber, so you can safely do without them, if desired.

Beef is twisted in a meat grinder or ground into minced meat with a blender. The resulting minced meat is divided into 6 portions, each of which is rolled into a thin pancake between two layers of food film. The egg is beaten with salt and pepper, poured into a flat dish, and over carefully put a layer of minced meat.

In a frying pan, we warm up the vegetable oil and, putting the plate close to the frying pan, shift its contents. Fry the briol on both sides for 3-5 minutes.

Bisol from ground beef can already be served to the table, simply folded in half and sprinkled with herbs, or you can supplement the omelet with filling. The surface of the breeze, which is not covered with eggs, is greased with a sauce made of a mixture of mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup, we place the straw of the pickled cucumber on top and add the omelet in half.

In a bowl, beat eggs with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Add the minced meat to the eggs and mix everything to homogeneity. If the mixture is dense - pour a little water, but do not overdo it, otherwise the briol will dissolve when frying.

In a frying pan, heat a small amount of oil and fry the briol on both sides to golden brown (3-4 minutes).

Eggs beat with milk or water, as well as salt, pepper and dried herbs. From the resulting mixture, prepare 6 pancakes, alternately frying from both sides in vegetable oil.

To the chicken forcemeat, add a couple of tablespoons of water to make it slightly more liquid. Smear the mince over the surface of the pancake, spread the mayonnaise on top and sprinkle the grated hard cheese. Fold pancakes rolls, put on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes.

While the surface of the omelet did not have time to grab, slide the stuffing and roll the omelet with an envelope. Once the omelette has acquired a golden tinge - you can remove it from a frying pan and serve it to a table, sprinkled with green onions.
