For a good sauce, it is better to make mayonnaise on your own, so cooking will consist of two stages.

In an ordinary half-liter jar pour the egg, put mustard, salt and sugar. After you dip the dipper into the jar and mix everything at low speed, then pour in a thin trickle of butter and whip at the maximum speed. Blender should be lowered to the bottom of the jar, and then as slowly as possible to raise it. In already whipped almost ready-mixed mayonnaise, pour the lemon juice, and once again, blend at the maximum speed of the blender.

One of the keys to success in preparing homemade mayonnaise is the temperature of the ingredients, the egg and oil should be at room temperature.

Then, after making the mayonnaise, mix it with sour cream with an ordinary fork, if necessary, pour the salt and pepper, pour the finely chopped dill and mix again, with the help of a mixer or corolla, to make the sauce more airy.

Mayonnaise and garlic sauce

Peeled garlic with carefully removed film pass through the press, pour a couple of pinch of salt to it and mix well, then combine with mayonnaise. In the resulting mass, pour chopped parsley, pepper and pour the juice, then again, all is well mixed. To give the sauce a splendor and creamy taste, you can add no more than 1 tablespoon of sour cream and work with a whisk.

Mustard-and-mayonnaise sauce

Mix the sugar with water and put the mixture on the heat, after boiling, keep on the plate for 70 to 90 seconds. Then pour into another bowl and wait for complete cooling, then attach the mustard to the syrup and carefully mix it with whisk. After obtaining a homogeneous mass, add mayonnaise and repeat the work with a whisk.
