Salad with ham, egg, cheese and cucumber

Boil the hard-boiled eggs for 6 minutes, cool in cold water and salt it after 3 minutes. We will clean the eggs from the shell and cut them finely or not too finely (it can be egg-cutted). Ham cut into short thin strips, cucumber - longitudinal slabs, and sweet peppers - short straws. Cheese will be sliced ​​on a large grater or also cut into strips. Chop the greens finely. We will combine everything in a salad bowl.

Now refueling. Vegetable oil mixed with lemon juice or vinegar in a ratio of 3: 1. We will sell garlic in refueling, using a manual press. You can season with a small amount of finished mustard (no preservatives, preferably) and red hot pepper.

We pour the salad dressing and mix. This salad can be served with a table light wine or beer. Inclusion in the salad of 200 grams of green canned peas will make it even more satisfying.
