Chicken rolls with cheese

Chicken meat is one of the best types of meat for human nutrition. The best part of a chicken carcass is the breast. Chicken fillet, that is, meat without skin, cartilage and bones - an excellent dietary protein product with a minimum fat content. From a chicken fillet, cut from the breast, you can prepare various dishes, for example, baked rolls with cheese. This dish is well prepared for the holidays and any solemn meals.

It should be noted that cooking chicken rolls with cheese is a simple matter, there would be a desire, minimal effort, and you will manage. Of course, meat is better to choose fresh or chilled, rather than frozen. If you cook from frozen meat, be sure to pre-marinate it in the form of large pieces of the hour for 4, and preferably at night in a light beer or white wine (you can add garlic and spices). Rinse the mashed meat before cooking and dry with a clean cloth. Marinating not only improves the structure of meat in the best way, but also gives it extra flavor, taste and necessary plasticity. If the meat is fresh, it is also better to marinate at least an hour for 3.

The fillet should be large, flat, oblong pieces. Slightly we will beat off pieces of a fillet, we shall slightly adhere and we will cover up with the ground spices from one side. Based on the size of the piece, cut the cheese into thin strips, and also cut the pork bacon (across the layers). Bacon will make the dryish chicken fillet juicy and add extra flavor tints. Spread on the edge of the substrate of chicken fillet for 2 strips of bacon and cheese, and also spread and twigs of greens. You can also add strips of sweet red pepper. Tightly wrap rolls, you can make them pre-soaked in water (not burnt) with wooden toothpicks. Alternatively, you can band the rolls in several places with a thin chef's twine or thick white cotton threads.

Now either we pack the rolls in greased foil (each separately), or bake in the form. We bake rolls for about an hour, the best temperature is 220 degrees C. Readiness is controlled by the shades of meat and smell. If baked in an open form, you can lightly sprinkle the rolls with beer or water during baking, they will be juicier. If baked in closed form, remove the lid 20 minutes before readiness to allow the rolls to brown. Ready meal slightly cool (you can in a slightly open oven). Remove the thread. We cut the rolls across, we get beautiful spiral slices, we put them into serving or serving dishes and decorate with greens.
