Before you make a Belgian Chocolate cake, you need to prepare a biscuit, and it should be done about 8-12 hours before you start working on the rest of the complex delicacy.

The scheme for preparing such a biscuit is simple. The first thing to do is sift dry components. After them, beat the eggs with citrus peel. Turn the cooled cream into a magnificent cream, whisking it until firm peaks. Carefully, using a silicone spatula, mix the cream with the beaten eggs. Now pour the cream mixture to the flour and also gently mix everything, trying to keep a maximum of air, exactly until the ingredients are combined together.

After pouring the dough into three 20-cm forms, send them to the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Saturate the biscuits with a mixture of syrup and orange liqueur and leave the cakes completely cool for the whole night. Flatten the cakes, cutting off uneven areas of the top.

Adopt the ganache. Pour slices of chocolate with hot cream, leave everything for a minute and stir. Completely cool the ganache. Divide in half and distribute on top of two cakes. Lay the cakes on top of each other. Align the surface and leave the cake all night again.

By analogy, the glaze is also prepared. Cream warmed and mixed with slices of chocolate. There are added all the remaining components. Put the cake on the grate, cover it with chilled glaze, evenly distributing it with a confectionery spatula.
