While the meat is fried, in another pan fry the chopped onion until it is transparent, add to it garlic, tomatoes cut in half and a little tomato sauce. After 5 minutes, spread the tomato mass over the chops, sprinkle with a small amount of cheese and put it under the grill until the cheese melts.

We serve pork chops with tomatoes along with mashed potatoes and steamed peas.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry it on chops for 2-3 minutes on each side. Now put the cherry tomatoes in the frying pan, increase the fire and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes. Fill the contents of the frying pan with wine and wait for the liquid to evaporate for another 3 minutes, then sprinkle the dish with chopped green onions and serve it in the company with your favorite side dish.
