Fill cans of fruit slightly cooled syrup, and then sterilized. After that we roll up the preservation with lids and put them into the cellar. Compote of pears for the winter

Pears washing, peeled, seeded and put into a bowl with water and citric acid for 5-10 minutes. In a separate container we prepare another solution of citric acid, put the pan on the stove, bring the liquid to a boil, reduce the fire to a minimum and spread the fruit. Not leading up to boiling, we maintain pears in hot syrup for 10-15 minutes. Then separately make sugar syrup, mix, bring the liquid to a boil and cook for 15 minutes. Ready to remove the sweet mixture from the fire and filter. We spread the prepared pears into pre-prepared jars and fill them with hot syrup. Next, we sterilize the jars, roll them up and leave them to cool. Everything, compote of pears for the winter is ready!
