We peel apples from the peel and seeds, cut into small cubes (it is better to choose soft and sweet varieties). Cranberries are sorted, washed and dried. Sprinkle the berries in a saucepan, add the crumbled apples and sugar. We pour a glass of water. Mix and place on the stove. Bring the fruit and berry mass to a boil, remove the fire to medium and cook, stirring and taking off the foam until the cranberries and apples become soft enough. This will take about 15 minutes.

In the meantime, using a fine grater, we remove the zest from the lemons and squeeze out the juice. Add them to the prepared jam and cook until the weight becomes thick. We transfer it on sterile dry jars, cover with lids and pasteurize for 10 minutes. After the jar we roll up and send it to the pantry.
