Salad with shrimps and champignons

A delicate cocktail salad with shrimps, mushrooms and rice is an excellent solution for a festive table, an easy meal for a cocktail party. To taste mushrooms are organically combined with shrimps, the rest products complement harmony.

Preparation

Shrimp defrosted and salt excess water. We will wash the champignons and put them back in the colander. We cut them relatively finely. Finely chop the peeled onions.

Onions with champignons shall be salvaged on medium-high heat in a frying pan on sesame oil until golden in color. In another pan, fry the peeled shrimp for 3-8 minutes (depending on the size).

Eggs boil, cool in cold water and crush the knife. Pineapple cut into small cubes. Cheese grated on the grater.

Prepare the fill: add yogurt to soy sauce, chopped garlic and a little lime juice, lightly season with red hot pepper.

All the prepared ingredients are laid out in layers in transparent kremanki in the following order: little by little rice, then onion-mushroom mixture, egg, then shrimp and pineapple. At the top of each layer is a fill. The last layer is grated cheese and decorate with greens.
