On the second day you can eat whatever you want. But there is a small caveat here. If you eat dumplings, donuts, cakes, chocolate and fatty meat on this all day you will not lose weight, because the caloric content of a daily diet is many times greater than your needs. And if you spend less calories than you get with food - you are fuller, because the body lays it off for the future - in fat.

That is, in general you are allowed everything, but if you do not forget that this is still a diet, and limit the floury, fatty, sweet and fried, you will lose weight much faster and more efficiently, besides, you will introduce yourself a useful eating habit and can easily support weight after this.

Diet to eat every other day

A more stringent option is to alternate between wet fasting and ordinary days. During a wet fasting, you can not eat anything, you are only allowed to drink water - 1.5-2 liters per day. The next day you can eat everything - but based on the rules described above.

This option is not suitable for everyone, and if you feel weak, dizzy, etc., refuse this option.

The two-by-two diet

Another type of diet based on alternation is the "2 through 2" diet. In this case, two limiting days in a row alternate with two days, which give you the right to eat anything. What foods are suitable for dietary days?
