Those who are not indifferent to their health, of course, would like to lose weight on a proven diet. It's about their variety that we'll talk about today.
Option 1. Buckwheat diet
First of all, consider the most banal version of weight loss - here you are not artichokes, no crabs, no ginger - just buckwheat.
