The first thing we do is get the ready-made puff pastry from the freezer and let it be defrosted.

In the meantime, prepare the meat filling. To do this, we clean the onion, cut into small cubes and brown with cream or vegetable oil until golden. Then we lay the minced meat and fry, stirring, until it is ready. At the end of the frying season with salt, ground black pepper, spices and throw at will finely chopped greens. Ready filling cool.

The thawed dough is laid out on a flour-poured table and rolled out a little with a rolling pin. Next, cut the layer into squares, into the center of which with a spoon we impose a cooled stuffing. Seal the patties in a triangle, rectangle or envelope and tear the edges with the teeth of the fork.

Now we grease the top of the pies with a beaten egg, place it on an oiled baking sheet, and determine it in a preheated oven to 190 degrees before browning and readiness. Depending on the capacity of the oven, this may take from fifteen to thirty minutes.

While the puff pastry is being thawed, let's make a piquant meat filling for our patties. To do this, in warmed vegetable oil fry minced meat and sliced ​​small cubes sausage. After seven minutes we reduce the fire to a minimum, throw the finely chopped green onions, passed through the garlic press, add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and spices, mix everything thoroughly and fry for three minutes. Now pour a tablespoon of flour, mix, pour in 50 milliliters of water and mix again. We hold on fire until the liquid evaporates and remove from heat.

The thawed dough is rolled out a little on the surface sprinkled with flour and cut into squares. Spoon overlay the cooled stuffing, give the pie the desired shape and tear the edges with the teeth of the fork.

Fry the patties to ruddy in vegetable oil in a frying pan on a moderate fire. At the beginning of the frying, we cover the frying pan with a lid, so the pies are more magnificent.
