Then we shift it to the table covered with flour and mop our hands thoroughly. We remove the ready-made brewed boiling water dough on the dumplings in the fridge and note about half an hour. Then take it out and go to the molding of the products.

In a saucepan pour cool water and pour gradually a glass of flour. Add salt to taste, drive eggs and mix ingredients. In a bowl we throw a chicken egg without a shell, add salt and whip it with a good fork. Gently pour the flour and pour a thin trickle of vegetable oil. Mix the ingredients with a spoon, and then add a glass of steep boiling water and knead the dough. If necessary, pour in the flour and form a smooth ball. After 35 minutes, the dough is completely ready for dumpling.
