Drink from oranges

Drink recipe from frozen oranges

Ingredients:

  1. Washed and towel-dried oranges are sent to the freezer for at least 18-20 hours.
  2. Then we take the citrus and give them 20 minutes to lie on the table. After that, cut them as small cubes as possible.
  3. We move the crushed oranges into a large saucepan and fill them with the necessary amount of chilled boiled water.
  4. After 25 minutes, pour the fine sugar into our infused drink and add citric acid along with it.
  5. Using a large long spoon, stir everything for 3 minutes, and then leave the orange drink at rest for another 15 minutes.
  6. Now we filter the contents of the pot through a clean cut of gauze and send our obtained yummy juice to cool.

Drink from orange peels and pumpkin

Ingredients:

Preparation

  1. We pass pure orange crusts through a large screen of mincers, and then we spread them into a capacious pan and pour into it 3 liters of drinking water.
  2. We put this all on the hotplate of the plate and cook the crushed crust for 10 minutes.
  3. We filter the fragrant broth through a metal sieve and leave it to cool.
  4. Peeled from thick peel pumpkin cut into convenient pieces and wipe them all through a grater.
  5. Spread the resulting gruel into a stainless steel saucepan and cover it with sugar.
  6. Here we add the rest of the water and put the pumpkin on the minimum flame, put it out until all is boiled to the state of mashed potatoes.
  7. After we immerse the blender and finally crush the pumpkin, to avoid possible lumps.
  8. When the pumpkin mass cools, dilute it with orange broth and pour everything over glass decanters or cans.
  9. Before you enjoy a drink of crusts of oranges and a fragrant pumpkin, it should be previously slightly cooled in the refrigerator compartment.
