Braised potatoes in pots

My potato, clean and boil until ready. We knead the tubers with butter and cream until a homogeneous puree is formed. In puree add chopped green onions and parsley.

We chop the onion and fry until golden brown. To fried onions, add minced meat, salt, pepper and fry until ready. In a separate frying pan, fry frozen vegetables. Mix the vegetables and stuffing.

Put a layer of minced meat and vegetables on the bottom of the oiled pot. We distribute the potatoes. In the center of each pot, make a small groove and drive the egg into it. At the edges distribute grated hard cheese. Let's stir the pots under the grill until a golden crust forms on the surface (somewhere for 7-10 minutes).
