Before preparing eggs, it is necessary to make a basis for them from eggshells. For this, the egg is released from the contents, by making a large hole from the blunt end of the shell. You can do this with an awl, punching a lot of holes around the periphery of the future hole, or knife - tapping lightly and separating the extra pieces.

Empty shells, first thoroughly washed outside and inside with soapy water or soda, and afterwards we pour boiling water and dry it.

While the eggs are completely dry, in a cold broth soak gelatin for 1-2 hours, and after swelling dissolve it, warming the broth base on the plate (not leading up to a boil!).

It remains to cut meat and vegetables, the composition and quantity of which can vary according to your preferences. Meat in the jellied can also be replaced with fish, and, if desired, will also decorate the dish with figured cutting of ingredients with the help of special shapes or a knife.

Now mix vegetables and meat and fill this "salad" with empty egg shells.

And the last step: put the eggs in any shape that provides them with stability, it can be a glass, a coffee cup, a special stand, or a tray for eggs, and fill the broth-gelatin mixture with a funnel.
