To prepare the dish, we take the cod, cut into portions and put them in a marinade, where the fish will be soaked for 5 hours. This marinade is done quite simply and quickly. To do this, boil in a saucepan of water and vinegar, add finely chopped celery roots and parsley. Then the ready marinade is cooled and we lower the fish into it. After that, lightly fry the fillets on high heat from each side. Cooked cod under marinade served on the table with a ready-made fish sauce, which you can buy in the store, or cook yourself at home.

So, to prepare the cod under the marinade, first let's prepare a marinade for the fish. To do this, we take vegetables, wash them and clean them. Luchok and carrots cut into thin strips, or rubbed on a large grater. The Bulgarian pepper is processed from the core, seeds and finely shredded. If you use canned tomatoes, we remove the peel from them and crush them with a fork. If you have tomato paste, then we need about 1 tablespoon.
