Fis suit with own hands

The costume of a fox is one of the most striking and recognizable among all New Year's children's clothes. It is universal in that it is equally suitable for both girls and boys. We offer two versions of the fox's children's costume with their own hands.

Carnival costume of chanterelle

For work we prepare the following materials:

• a section of bright orange fleece or felt (for the base of the suit);
• a fleece or white felt piece (for imitation of chanterelle wool);
• elastic;
• filler type synthon.

Now try to sew a chanterelle suit.

1. To begin with, we lay out a dress or an infant's T-shirt on an orange cloth. We outline the contours. This will be a fox dress pattern.
2. In the front, the cutout is a bit deeper.
3. Sew the lateral and shoulder seams.
4. Next, a small section of white fleece is applied to the shelf and pins it with pins. Now it is necessary to draw a breast to our chanterelle.
5. All cut out on contours and we add to the basis. To do this, you can use a zigzag line or any other decorative.
6. To make it easier to take off and dress the costume, you can make a cut on the back and sew two braids, which, after putting on, will have to be tied. To this end, you can use a snake, pre-cut the pattern back in half and adding a couple of centimeters to the seams.
7. Now you can sew a tail for a fox suit with your own hands. From the orange material we cut out two rounded billets for the base, from the white material we cut out the tip of the fur.
8. Sew both parts of the tail. First, we connect the white and orange blanks in pairs, then the two halves.
9. Next, we fill the tail with a sinter and cut the edge. Fold it and make a pocket so that you can then go through the gum.
10. Ears for a fox costume for the new year will be made from a hoop. Cut out two triangles of white cloth. We fold the orange fabric twice and cut out two double triangles of a slightly larger size so that later we can fix them on the hoop.

How to make a fox costume for a boy?

You can also make a costume without special skills in sewing. We will need an old orange t-shirt of a large size, a cut of white terry cloth (even a towel) and a plain raglan for an orange child.

1. From a large T-shirt we will sew the bottom of the suit in the form of panties. Pay attention that the inscriptions or print is not on your pattern.
2. We fold them and apply them to the fabric: first we circle the front half, then the back half.
3. We spend half, roll up the top edge and insert the rubber band. Fold the bottom edge of the pants.
4. We proceed to the top of the fox costume with our own hands. We put our raglan on a piece of white terry cloth. Pre-bend the edge, should be something like a baby bib. We circle the neck and cut it out. Then cut off excess on the sides and below, round off the cut off part.
5. Fix all the pins and do the fitting. Then zastrachivaem line zigzag.
6. From the remains of a T-shirt and a white towel, we cut out the triangles and glue together. Inside for stiffness, put cardboard. Next, just glue these ears to the hoop.
7. To make a tail, we cut out of the remains of tissue a small sleeve, pointed at the end.
8. From the white mahry we cut the tip to the tail. It can either be sewn, or glued with a glue gun.
9. Then fill the workpiece with a sintepon or any other similar material and attach it to the pants.
