How to make strawberry ice cream? So, take exactly half a serving of sugar, pour into the bowl and add fresh washed strawberries. We put the berries in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Next, take a small container and mix the remaining sugar in it, yolks and pour in the milk. Then we put the saucepan on a small fire and, stirring, warm up, but do not bring to a boil. As a result, you should get a homogeneous mass without grains of sugar. Then the mixture is gently poured into a separate bowl and wait until it cools down to about room temperature. After we remove it for about 3 hours in the freezer, but every 20 minutes we take out the mass and mix it. If this is not done, then in ice cream, as a result, small pieces of ice are formed. After the time has elapsed, we take out the capacity, add the vanilla to the ice cream to taste and put the strawberries.

How to make strawberry ice cream? To begin with, mix the water and sugar in the bowl. Then put the mixture on a weak fire and stir until the sugar crystals dissolve completely. We bring the mass to a boil, strengthen the fire and boil the syrup for 5 minutes, and then gently remove the bowl from the plate and cool the syrup to room temperature.

In the meantime, we take a fresh strawberry, rinse under running water, dry with a towel and tear off the tails. We wipe the berries to mash state through a sieve, or grind it in a blender. Mix the strawberries with sugar syrup, add a little lemon juice at will and mix well until smooth. The mixture is placed in a plastic container, covered with a lid and placed for at least 2-3 hours in the freezer. Before serving, put ready ice cream for 20 minutes in the fridge so that it softens slightly, and decorate, if desired, with fresh mint leaves.

To make homemade banana-strawberry ice cream, rinse the berries, drain them, remove the tails and transfer them into the blender's container. Banana is cleaned, cut into small pieces and added to the strawberry. There we pour in degreased yogurt, put honey to taste and whisk everything to a homogeneous state. We pour out the fruit mixture in portioned molds, insert wooden sticks at will and set freeze, for about 3 hours. Every half an hour we take out the containers and mix the contents. After the time has elapsed, carefully remove the ice cream from the molds, dropping them for 20-30 seconds in hot water, and serve it to the table.
