How to cook lasagna with chanterelles?
Ingredients:
- sheets of lasagna - 12 pcs .;
- mushrooms chanterelle - 500 g;
- champignons - 300 g;
- onion - 2 pieces;
- garlic - 3 slices;
- vegetable oil - 40 ml;
- cream butter - 45 g;
- flour - 40 g;
- nutmeg ground - ¼ tsp;
- milk - 0,4 l;
- tomatoes - 350 g;
- dried oregano;
- dried basil;
- hard cheese - 150 g;
- salt.
Preparation
All the mushrooms are sorted and well washed. One mushroom of each kind is put aside for decoration. Cut the remaining mushrooms into pieces. Peeled onions cut into half rings, garlic chopped and fry in a pan until soft. Then we fall asleep champignons and fry until the moisture evaporates. After add the chanterelles, salt and keep on the fire for another 10 minutes. To prepare the sauce we take 40 grams of butter and flour, and 400 ml of milk. In the saucepan, melt the butter, add the flour, mix and warm the ingredients. Remove the resulting mixture from the plate and gradually pour cold milk into it. We mix a homogeneous smooth mass. Add salt, mix the nutmeg and cook the sauce until it thickens.
Tomatoes are cleaned and crushed to a homogeneous mass in a blender, add oregano and dried basil.
Purchased lasagna sheets are prepared, as indicated in the instructions. We grease the mold with butter, lay out a layer of sheets,
