Lasagna with chanterelles

All the mushrooms are sorted and well washed. One mushroom of each kind is put aside for decoration. Cut the remaining mushrooms into pieces. Add salt, mix the nutmeg and cook the sauce until it thickens.

Tomatoes are cleaned and crushed to a homogeneous mass in a blender, add oregano and dried basil.

Purchased lasagna sheets are prepared, as indicated in the instructions. We grease the mold with butter, lay out a layer of sheets, top 4 tablespoons of sauce, evenly distribute it on the sheets. After laying out the third part of the mushrooms, and over the mushrooms spread the same amount of tomato sauce. Again, cover with sheets for lasagna and repeat the same steps in order. We make as many layers as there are enough products. Sprinkle the preparation with grated cheese. Put the put mushrooms into plates and put them on cheese. We place the lasagna in a heated oven and bake for 40 minutes. After the end of cooking, we take it out of the oven, let it cool down a little. Lasagna with champignons and chanterelles is ready!
