We crown the dish with a mesh of mayonnaise, season it and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the meat for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees.

Mayonnaise is mixed with sour cream in equal proportions. Pieces of chicken fillet salt, pepper and dip into half a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise, let's marinate.

Cut potatoes into thin plates, onions and tomatoes with thick circles. Marinated chicken fillet fry for 30-40 seconds on each side and put in a baking dish. On top of the meat we put potatoes, tomatoes, a layer of onions and pour all the remnants of the sauce. Sprinkle the dish with grated cheese, salt and pepper. We cook the chicken for 7-10 minutes at 200 degrees.

Pork (preferably cutting) cut into portions and lightly beat off with a kitchen hammer. Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper, add a little vegetable oil and crushed garlic. We leave the pork marinated for one hour.

In the meantime, prepare the rest of the ingredients. Onion cut into large rings and fry until soft in butter, along with the mushrooms, until the excess moisture evaporates completely. We chop the tomatoes with large rings.

Marinated meat fry literally for 40-50 seconds on each side. We put the meat in a heat resistant form, greased with vegetable oil. On top of the meat, evenly distribute half the fried mushrooms with onions, then the tomato rings and the remaining onion-mushroom frying. We pour the dish with a generous layer of mayonnaise (can be layered with mayonnaise each layer of ingredients) and set to bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. 5-7 minutes before cooking, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese.

We serve meat in French to the table immediately after the end of cooking, sprinkling with herbs. The dish does not need a side dish, however, if you want to garnish the dish, then for this purpose boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes , rice, or pasta are perfect. Do not be superfluous and a salad of fresh vegetables with a simple dressing of lemon juice and vegetable oil.
