We offer you one more recipe, how to cook a meatloaf in an oven. First thoroughly rinse and dry the loin. Then, with a sharp knife, make a small incision and gently open the piece to form an even layer. Then gently cut the meat, not cutting it to the end, and using a kitchen hammer, lightly beat it, covering it with food film. Now the resulting piece of salt, pepper to taste and missed with a thin layer of homemade Adzhika or mustard.
