We offer you a recipe for making juicy meatballs under cream sauce, with a slightly perceptible flavor of lemon peel. So, we clean the onion, melko shred and passer in a small amount of vegetable oil until soft. In the minced meat, add ground breadcrumbs, spices, break the egg, throw the nutmeg, grated lemon zest, cream butter and fried onions. We carefully mix everything, form the meatballs with wet hands and put them into a baking dish oiled with vegetable oil. Oven pre-ignite, reheat to 200 degrees and bake meatballs 10 minutes. Without losing time, we prepare the pouring: in a water bath warm up to a hot cream, pour hot broth to them and mix. The resulting mixture is poured into the baked meatballs and baked in the oven for another 20 minutes. After that, carefully pour the fill into the bowl and proceed to the preparation of the sauce: in the frying pan, melt butter, pour the flour, stir and fry 1 minute. Then pour gradually creamy filling and cook until thick, and then serve with meatballs.

Slice the bread with the hands in a bowl, pour the milk and soak for 10 minutes. After that, squeeze it and combine it with chopped onions and garlic. The resulting mixture is spread in minced meat, add spices and aromatic herbs. Next, with wet hands, form small balls and put them into a frying pan, heated to an average temperature. Fry meatballs on vegetable oil from all sides, and then pour the washed rice, pour broth and bring to a boil. After that, we reduce the flame to a minimum and cook under the lid until it is ready. We add a dish to taste. For the sauce, combine the sour cream with the tomato sauce, pour in the broth, mix and bring the mixture to a boil. Pour it into the main dish, sprinkle with dill and serve it to the table.

Mix the minced meat with the chopped onion, add the egg, throw the ground ginger, pour the wine, soy sauce and pour the starch. Stir all to a homogeneous mass. From the received mass we form balls and fry them about 7 minutes on the warmed vegetable oil. Finished meatballs put in a plate, and in a frying pan cook the sauce. To do this, pour broth, vinegar, soy sauce, put sugar and tomato sauce. Bring the mixture to a boil, throw the starch, mix and spread the meatballs prepared earlier. Cover the frying pan with a lid and simmer the dish for another 5 minutes.
