Okroshka on ayran

In a hot, sultry summer, nothing can better quench the thirst that torments us and cool the body than a portion of the cold okroshka made in ayran, so below we will tell you how to prepare it correctly and tasty.

A classic recipe for araana

Prepared chicken fillet in a saucepan, pour drinking water and set on the stove to cook. We also boil the potatoes without removing the peel from it, and in the other container the eggs are chicken.

Fresh cucumbers and a dense red radish cut first into circles, and then grind them into straws. When those ingredients that we have set for cooking on the stove are ready, we take them out of the water and cool them. Peeled potatoes with eggs are crushed through a convenient hand chopper, with which we get beautiful cubes. We connect everything in a container with radish and cucumbers, and then add here another finely chopped half of the bulb. In the chilled ayran, stir the mustard and pour it into the crushed ingredients. Mix everything and add the taste of salt and a mixture of different peppers. In the end, we introduce into okroshka, finely chopped parsley and dill.

A recipe for araana with sausage

Preparation

We boil potatoes in one pot and eggs in the other. After, to room temperature, we cool them and clean them from the shell with the skin. Cut the potatoes with a thin, sharp knife cubes, and wipe eggs through a grater with large holes. Just like potatoes, we cut sausage, and then with a little smaller cubes we crush fresh cucumbers. Fresh fennel and feathers of green onions, as small as possible, cut with a sharp knife. All the prepared ingredients are put together in a convenient deep container and mixed in it with the addition of fine salt. Fill all very chilled ayran and immediately distribute our delicious okroshka on portions.
