There are different options for its preparation. To the eggs add milk, mayonnaise or even sour cream. We suggest that you try to make an omelette on kefir. Thus, it turns out to be especially gentle and airy. As with other variants, it is possible to add vegetables and meat components, such as boiled chicken, ham, sausage or smoked meat, seasoning with any spices and herbs to your taste.

For the child, you can prepare a sweet omelette on kefir, adding a lot of sugar and a little flour, bake it in the oven until ready and serve with any berries, fruits or sour cream.

Rinsed and dried tomatoes are cut into circles and sent to a preheated buttered skillet for medium heat, fried on one side, turned over to another, add garlic cut into slices, and balyk straws. To the eggs, add kefir, a tablespoon of water, spices, salt and pepper and stir with a fork until homogeneity. Pour the resulting mixture into tomatoes with balyk, sprinkle the grated cheese through the grater and cook over low heat under the lid until ready.

We shift the omelette onto a plate and season it with fresh chopped greens.

Sweet omelette on kefir for a child

Egg whisk thoroughly with the powdered sugar, add kefir, flour and mix until smooth. We pour the resulting mixture into a small baking dish smeared with creamy oil and send it to the oven, heated to 180 degrees for fifteen to twenty minutes. We can also fry on a small oiled frying pan on a slow fire under the lid.

We serve a ready sweet omelet with fresh berries or fruit syrup.

When preparing an omelet according to this recipe, you can, if necessary, replace flour with potato starch, and sugar with honey. It will also be very tasty and useful.

Omelette on kefir in a multivark

In a suitable size bowl, we drive in eggs, pour in kefir, add salt, pepper, mashed spicy dried herbs and mix well with whisk or fork until smooth. Cut the sausage or balyk into cubes, chop the green onions and fresh greens, rub the cheese on a large grater, send everything to the egg mass, leaving a little grated cheese for powdering, and mix. In the bowl with melted cream butter (half the norm) we pour the received mass, we put the remaining oil on top, dividing it into pieces, and sprinkle with the left grated cheese. We cook in the "Baking" mode for twenty minutes.
