Vegetarian lazy cabbage rolls - recipe
Ingredients:
- cabbage - 500 g;
- rice - 1/4 of the item;
- tomato paste - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- egg - 1 piece;
- onion - 1 piece;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- vegetable oil - for frying;
- salt, pepper black ground - to taste.
Preparation
Cabbage finely shred and lightly fry until soft. Separately fry the diced onions and grated carrots.
Boil rice in salted water until half cooked, drain excess water and connect it with vegetables. We drive an egg, salt, pepper. Well we mix stuffing and we form lazy duckies in the form of cutlets. We put them in a pot, pour the tomato paste with diluted water so that it completely covers, and cook for about half an hour until ready.
Vegetarian cabbage rolls with mushrooms - recipe
Ingredients:
- cabbage - 1 head;
- sour cream - 500 g;
- flour - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- potatoes - 1 kg;
- mushrooms (fresh) - 500 g;
- onion - 2 pieces;
- garlic - 3 teeth;
- greens - 1 bunch;
- salt, pepper black ground - to taste.
Preparation
Cut out the cabbage from the cabbage, immerse the head completely into the boiling water and separate the leaves as they become ready. We peel the potatoes, rub it on a large grater and squeeze out the allocated juice. Diced onions are fried until golden, there we also send mushrooms crumpled with plates.
Filling - potatoes with mushrooms, also salt, pepper and wrapped in cabbage leaves. We lay out lean cabbage rolls with mushrooms and potatoes in a baking dish, sprinkle the top with chopped garlic and cover to the brim with filling. If we cook not in the post, then cabbage rolls can be poured with sour cream. We send for an hour in the oven, heated to 180 degrees.
