The recipe for donuts on milk

Donuts are far from the most useful delicacy in the world, but certainly one of the most popular, tasty and easy to prepare. Usually, milk is added to the donut, which is why the crumb is dense, but airy. We will not depart from traditions and we will repeat classical recipes of delicacy.

Donuts on milk and yeast

Mix the sifted flour with yeast and salt, add the melted butter, milk and eggs, and then knead the dough until it is collected in a single lump. Ready to put the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel and set to go for 1-1.5 hours. Approached the dough kneaded for about 2 minutes, then roll out to a thickness of a centimeter and leave to go for another 2 minutes. From the dough with the help of two rings of different diameters, we cut donuts: we cut out the main disk with a large ring, and the smaller one makes a hole in the center.

Fry donuts in vegetable oil until golden brown, then, while they are still hot, we pour in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.

Donuts on condensed milk and soda

Eggs with a blender, whisk with a pinch of salt and a can of condensed milk. We add soda to the test base and start pouring the sifted flour, it will take just as much as the dough can take in itself, while remaining soft, elastic and not sticking to the hands.

Ready-made dough for donuts with condensed milk is rolled into a layer about a centimeter thick and cut out donuts. Fry donuts in a large amount of preheated vegetable oil until golden brown.

Finished donuts can be filled with vanilla or chocolate cream with a confectionery bag, or you can simply eat without any additives.

Air donuts on sour milk in chocolate glaze

This recipe is much more useful than a couple of the previous ones, because in its framework we will prepare donuts not in a large quantity of preheated vegetable oil, but in the oven.

Oven warm up to 180 degrees. We sift the flour together with a baking powder and mix it with sugar in a deep bowl. Separately beat whipped milk with melted butter and eggs. Constantly stirring, add a dry mixture to the wet ingredients. Once you get a smooth and thick dough, put it in a dense plastic bag and cut about a centimeter from one of the corners. Extrude the dough into Donuts for donuts and send the dish to the oven for 18-20 minutes.

In the meantime, you can start making glaze. In a water bath, melt the chocolate and mix it with cream.

Once the mixture becomes thick and uniform - it is ready. We dip each donut in the glaze and leave to dry. Also, while the icing is not dry, you can sprinkle donuts with decorative powder, chocolate chips or chopped nuts, or you can decorate the treat with white chocolate patterns. Serve donuts hot with a cup of tea or coffee at any time of the day and for any reason.
