It happens that nothing is prepared beforehand, but you need to quickly feed 3-5 people, home or unexpectedly arrived guests. In this situation, it's not too fast, it's called quick, to bake a simple but tasty pie with cabbage and canned fish. We will try to choose fish canned food more tasty. For the filling of a pie with cabbage and fish, canned salmon (well, or other quality canned fish in its own juice) is most suitable. To make a pie, we use ready-made yeast or puff pastry , which is usually sold in kitchens and grocery stores, or homemade dough.
Delicious pie with fish and cabbage
Ingredients:
- wheat flour - 2 glasses;
- milk - 1 glass;
- sugar - 1 teaspoon;
- dry yeast - 1 sachet;
- egg chicken - 1 pc.
For filling:
- salmon canned - 1-2 cans;
- rice cooked - 1 cup;
- broccoli - 200 g;
- egg of chicken - 1 piece;
- greenery.
Preparation
In slightly warm milk (or water) we breed yeast, sugar and 2 tbsp. spoons of flour, put the spoon in a warm place for about 20 minutes. Mix in a working bowl the scallop with sifted flour and egg. Carefully mix the dough (you can mixer with a spiral nozzle). The dough is placed in the heat for half an hour, after which we knead and stir with greased hands, repeat the cycle. After the second bluff, you can build a pie.
Blanch the cabbage broccoli, that is, we disassemble it into very small cots (you can chop with a knife) and pour steep boiling water, after 8 minutes, drain the water. We knead canned salmon with a fork and mix with cooked rice, blanched broccoli, raw egg and chopped greens. You can slightly season the mixture with ground spices.
We roll out from the dough a round or rectangular not too thin substrate, which we spread on the baking sheet greased with grease.
If you decide to bake a pie with cabbage and canned fish from puff pastry, it's best to make it in the form of a flattened roll.
Ready hot pies can be smeared with melted butter or egg whites, or yolk.
