We repeat the procedure with a water bath, but this time pour 2 cups of cream into the bowl and cover the crumbled chocolate. As soon as the chocolate melts - add a pinch of salt to it, and after that we also leave the mixture in the refrigerator.

While both types of fillings cool down, let's start with a cookie base. With the help of a blender, turn into a crumb of cookies and 1/2 cup of pretzels (the latter can be replaced with an equivalent amount of cookies). Mix the crumbs with the melted butter, and mix the mixture evenly on the bottom and sides of the mold. At the bottom of the basis of the cookie lay out circles of 1/2 of sliced ​​bananas.

Cooled stuffing with peanut butter is taken from the refrigerator and mixed with the remains of the oil until uniform. We distribute the filling layer over the bananas. Chocolate filling whip the mixers up to an increase in size. Distribute the chocolate layer on top of the peanut.

We pour the mixture into the mold and leave the chocolate souffle cake cooked without baking until it is completely solidified.

If desired, such a cake can be alternated with layers simply biscuit according to the classic recipe, and you can pour into the basis of cookies, prepared according to the recipe above.
