Chicken liver thoroughly washed in water, podsalivaem, pepper and mix (do not need to cut). Potatoes are cleaned and cut into another container with arbitrary small pieces, mixed, and sprinkled with pepper and salt. Peel the onion with a knife on cubes. Separating the Bulgarian pepper from the seeds, cut into straws. Butter is cut into cubes equal to the number of pots, according to the availability of ingredients they will come out about eight pieces.

In clean, dry ceramic pots, lay out the chicken liver so that it closes the bottom. On top of the liver, put a piece of butter and sprinkle onions. We distribute potatoes on pots, on which we spread a little of the Bulgarian pepper. Top with a couple of tablespoons of sour cream and put the pots in a preheated oven, the temperature in which, 180 degrees. Preparation in the oven, potatoes in the pots will take about one hour.

From above lay the peeled and sliced ​​potatoes with beautiful cubes, and on it in the same form we distribute carrots. The next layer of onions, which we cut into half rings and cover it completely with mayonnaise.

The oven is heated up to 190 degrees beforehand and we put pots in it, leaving them open. After 40 minutes we open the oven door, pushing the net a little with the pots on ourselves, pour into each pot grated hard cheese. Close the oven and leave everything in the same temperature mode for another 10 minutes.

Potatoes, pre-cleaned cut into arbitrary slices, and piled in a large bowl. Add to it in half rings, chopped onions and grated carrots. Here we lay out already cooled mushrooms, salt, pepper and fill everything, half of the mixed 1: 1 sour cream with mayonnaise. Stir in the cup all the ingredients, evenly spread them over clean pots.
