Puff pastry with jam

Ingredients:

  1. Puff dough covered with food foil and completely defrosted.
  2. Then roll it on a table, powdered with flour, into a thin layer.
  3. Cut into small identical squares.
  4. If the jam is not thick enough, we add a little bit of starch.
  5. We spread in the center of each workpiece a little stuffing, connect the corners of the square and tear them.
  6. We fry the puff pastry from the puff pastry on the warmed oil first from one side, and then turn it over the other.

Pies with mushrooms from puff pastry

Ingredients:

Preparation

  1. Before you start making pies, the puff pastry is thawed.
  2. Without losing time, we wash the mushrooms, process them and cut them into thin plates.
  3. Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil, after pouring to taste, about 15 minutes.
  4. Rice pre-cook until ready, wash with hot water and transfer to a plate.
  5. Grate it well with black pepper and chopped greens.
  6. Cool the cooled rice together with mushrooms and gently stir.
  7. Puff dough spread on the table, sprinkled with flour and thinly rolled.
  8. We cut it with squares and put the filling in the center of each piece.
  9. Split the edges of the puff pastry tightly and fry the patties in a frying pan in the heated vegetable oil until the ruddy state.

Puff pastry with potatoes

Ingredients:

Preparation

  1. The puff pastry is thawed, laid out on the table, sprinkled lightly with flour and rolled thinly.
  2. Now take a large cup and carefully cut out the circles.
  3. In the middle of each billet, place a few ready-mashed potatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  4. Fix the edges of the dough gently and form the patties.
  5. We put them carefully in a frying pan with a warmed oil and fry until ready on both sides.
