Toffee at home

Curly, tasty toffee is the candy of our childhood. We all know the toffee "golden key", "kis-kis". It turns out exactly the same toffee can be easily prepared at home, only they will turn out to be softer and more gentle than store. Let's take a look at three simple homemade toffee recipes that melt the mouth.

A simple toffee recipe

Ingredients:

Preparation

So, to make homemade toffee, mix in a saucepan butter, salt, sugar and water. We put the mass on a weak fire and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Then add the finely chopped almonds and cook for another 5 minutes, until the mass has a pleasant, gently golden hue. The resulting mass is poured into small molds (you can use a stand of chocolate candies) and let it cool and cool properly. You can put the molds in the fridge to speed up the hardening process. If suddenly the molds are not at hand, you can pour the mass onto a baking tray, and when it's frozen, simply break it into small pieces.

These toffees will be appreciated by adults and children alike - the taste of toasted almonds in creamy toffee will appeal to everyone without exception.

Toffee with nuts and chocolate

Ingredients:

Preparation

First we take the form for baking and carefully lubricate the bottom and the sides with vegetable oil. When this is done, we set aside the cooked form to the side and proceed directly to the very preparation of the toffee sweets at home. To do this, pour water into a pan with a thick bottom, put sugar and molasses. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and add butter. We mix everything thoroughly and wait for 20 minutes. Soon, our mixture will begin to crack slightly and thicken - this means that it's time to remove the pan from the plate. Add the crushed walnuts and half the melted chocolate to the mixture, mix everything and pour it into the baking dish. Top with the remaining chocolate and leave to freeze.

Hardened the plate gently cut with a knife into small pieces. To store homemade toffee is best in a container with a tight-fitting lid. To ensure that the candies are not stuck together, lay them in layers and lay with parchment paper for baking. Such delicious sweets prepared by own hands are not a shame to present even as a sweet gift for a family holiday! Enjoy your tea party!

Ingredients:

Preparation

In the pot, pour water, add sugar, mix and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Next, in a bowl, plant gelatin, according to the instructions, wait a few minutes until it dissolves and add it to the total mass. We cook for another 10 minutes. After that, gently pour fresh lemon juice and orange peel. We mix everything thoroughly and pour it into the mold.

Leave for about 3 hours until the mixture thickens. At the end of time, grease the knife with butter and carefully cut the candy mass into small squares. Each toffee is rolled in sugar powder, we spread it in a saucer and serve it for tea.
