Rhythmic gymnastics

  2. In the usual rack, tilt the head to the left and to the right. You need to repeat 5 times.
  3. In the straight position, extend your hands in different directions and turn the knees up one by one. Do 8 repetitions.
  4. Stand up straight, hands spread apart. Fix the legs, and rotate the body in both directions alternately. Make 10 turns.
  5. Now sit on the floor and spread your legs wide. Turn the body to the left or to the right to the music. Make 8 turns.
  6. Lie on your back and bend your knees. Alternately, pull your leg up to your chest. Repeat for 8 times. Remember that rhythmic gymnastics should take place without breaks.
  7. Without changing the position, lift your legs up and spread them as far as possible to the sides. Start to reduce them crosswise, this exercise is also called "scissors". Do it 22 times.
  8. Finish better quiet movements, for example, waltz.
