The main role in this recipe is played by spices. You can take others, your loved ones. Turn the multivark on the "baking" mode, warm up the olive oil a little and fry the spices for a couple of minutes to enhance their fragrance (it is important not to overstay). Add the onion, cut into half rings, with straws - carrots and peppers. Fry until golden brown, add minced meat, stir. Close the lid and stew for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. We fall asleep washed rice, again we mix everything. Fill with water and salt. We turn on the "pilaf" mode, and when everything is ready, a miracle pot will call you.

Rice boil in salted water - it should be slightly hardened. Onion cut into half rings and fry to transparency, add minced meat, salt, pepper. When the stuffing is half ready, pour out the vegetables from the package (do not defrost it!) And increase the fire to a strong one. Constantly stir. At the end, fasten the hotplate, and season with minced one spoon of lemon juice, sauce and sherry. We keep on fire a few more minutes and connect it with rice. Spread the resulting mass in a greased baking dish.

Eggs beat up with salt, sour cream, horseradish and the remaining lemon juice. Fill this mixture with minced meat and rice and send the form to the oven, heated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Let's cool a bit and sprinkle with chopped dill.

Mushrooms fry with onions. In the mince we add pre-boiled rice, finely chopped onion. We drive the egg, salt, pepper, stir. We make small, with a walnut, meatballs, roll in flour and fry.

Potatoes three on a small grater, drive an egg, add flour, salt, pepper. We knead and fry the deruny. Ready potato cakes spread on a paper towel to remove excess oil. We give the shakers to cool and cut them into large straws. We fill the pots with layers: deruny, meatballs, mushrooms, and again the deruny. Fill all with a mixture of sour cream, soy sauce and 3 tablespoons of water. We send pots for 20 minutes in the oven, heated to 200 degrees.

Minced meat is passed through a meat grinder, especially if it is purchased. Mix it with semi-prepared rice cooked and finely chopped onions. We drive the egg, pour in the milk. Solim, pepper and mix. We make from this stuffing balls - "hedgehogs", we drop them in flour and fry in butter until golden crust. Add the grated carrot and grill for a few minutes. Put the finely chopped tomatoes in a frying pan to the "hedgehogs" and top up the water so that they are covered by 2/3. Cover the lid and stew for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with herbs and serve it to the table with sour cream.
