The recipe for soup from salmon

Ingredients:

Heat the water, add potatoes, onions, salt, pepper and bay leaves to a boil in a saucepan. As soon as the water begins to boil - reduce the heat.

Cover and cook until the potatoes are tender - about 10 minutes.

Add the fish and continue cooking the soup over low heat until the fish easily flakes off the bones, about 5 minutes or longer.

Remove the bay leaf.

Stir in 1/2 cup of soup with whipped cream. Gently stir the cream and add the mixture to the soup. Sprinkle with the seeds of dill.

Note: if you do not have the opportunity to purchase fresh salmon, you can replace it with canned salmon, cod or pink salmon.

Japanese recipe for salmon soup

Preparing this delicious Japanese-style noodle soup will not take you much time.

Here is what is needed for fish soup from salmon:

Rinse the head of the salmon to remove blood or gills. Gills can spoil the broth, making it bitter and cloudy. Put the washed heads in a large saucepan. Add the kombu, ginger, bring to a boil and reduce the heat, not allowing the soup to boil more. Cook over low heat for 20-30 minutes. Add salt to taste. Strain the broth and keep the head. Separate all the meat from the head, and add to the pan.

In another saucepan bring to boiling salted water for Japanese rice noodles. Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for 2 minutes.

Add a teaspoon of miso to each plate and stir until all ingredients are mixed. Add a portion of noodles and salmon meat to each plate. Serve the soup, decorating it with a sprig of dill.
