We grind the cabbage: it is convenient to cut it first with straw, and then grind it into small squares.

Mix the minced meat with rice, onions, carrots and cabbage. We add eggs and salt with pepper to taste. We mix the mass well. From the received forcemeat we form small cutlets and fry them in a frying pan with well-warmed vegetable oil to a ruddy crust. To readiness to finish it is not necessary. After that, shift the lazy cabbage rolls into a deep baking dish. We prepare the sauce: mix tomato juice with sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. We form small cutlets. To ensure that the meat is not linden to the hands, they must be constantly moistened with water. Fry the cabbage rolls in vegetable oil until red on both sides.

Prepare the sauce: chop the carrots and onions, fry them in vegetable oil. We add sour cream, spices and water to the pan; which was pre-mixed with flour. Mix everything well and pour the sour cream sauce into the cabbage rolls, previously laid out in a baking dish. In a preheated oven, prepare the dish for 30-40 minutes.
