Reduced proportions - for 1 pot.
Ingredients:
- chicken meat - about 150-200 g;
- Fresh mushrooms (white, champignons, oyster mushrooms) - about 100 g;
- potatoes - 1-2 pcs. (small size);
- onion - 1/4 part of medium bulb;
- spices ground (pepper, bay leaf, cloves, etc.);
- a little vegetable or chicken fat oil for frying;
- greens are different fresh;
- garlic - 1 clove.
Preparation
It is more convenient to cook several servings at once. If you do not sit on a strict diet, chopped onions and mushrooms (calculated on all portions) lightly fry separately in a frying pan until a light golden hue - so it will taste better. Let's put a little onions and mushrooms in each pot. Add chicken meat, cut into small strips or short strips, and potatoes, cut into larger slices. Sprinkle with spices and a little bit. In each pot we will infuse about 100 ml of water. We close it with a lid or foil (or we put a cake out of the dough). We put the pots in the cooling Russian oven or oven. Prepare this roast will be about for 40-50 minutes. If the furnace is strongly heated, then faster, then you need to pour a little more water or close the pots tightly (to cover with a test).
Ready-made roast served, putting a serving pot on a plate, with a beautiful linen napkin, seasoned with chopped herbs and garlic. We also serve rough bread. We eat with a fork or spoon, depending on the density.
