From the total amount of peas, you can take 2-3 tablespoons, which will be used as a decoration during the filing. These peas should just blanch in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.

In a pot with potatoes and peas, add sliced ​​mint, sugar, lemon juice and immediately remove the dish from the fire. We rub the soup with the help of a submersible paddle to homogeneity.
