Onions and carrots grind and fry in olive oil, add salt, pepper and tomato paste. In the vegetable mix lay the stuffing and fry it until the moisture evaporates completely. Now the turn of cabbage has come, we add it together with a couple of tablespoons of bulgur, it will give the dish a consistency and satiety. If Bulgur could not be found, as an alternative, you can add millet. Now you can fill up the remaining spices, fry the dish for another 5-7 minutes, fill with water and leave to stew for half an hour.

Stewed cabbage with minced meat on this recipe has a quite familiar taste with a "zest" in the form of spices and acids. Serve this dish with a spoonful of sour cream and chopped parsley.

A hearty dish of potatoes with minced meat resembles a full-fledged vegetable stew.

Add the chicken mince to the onions and potatoes and fry it until it grabs, then pour in a jar of tomatoes in your own juice (sliced), fill in peas (you can take ice cream), inflorescences of cauliflower and season with salt and chopped chili.
