The norm of carbohydrates per day

Do not forget that for normal development and growth of the body we need a certain amount of carbohydrates per day. However, what to do if you decide to go on a diet and limit yourself to all sorts of foods that can lead to obesity. In this case, it is necessary to strictly observe the norms of carbohydrates per day.

How many carbohydrates a day is needed?

To begin with, we note that not all carbohydrates are equally useful to humans. So, nutritionists divide all carbohydrates into simple and complex ones. The first is also called fast, which speaks for itself. These nutrients are quickly absorbed into the blood, while they have a minimum of nutritional value. While the latter are absorbed much longer, but the positive properties for the body bring not a little. There is a third type of carbohydrate - fiber. It is needed mainly for cleaning the body.

Touching the question of the necessary amount of carbohydrates per day, it is worth noting that only a minimum is approved by nutritionists. A day should receive at least 50 grams of carbohydrates. The maximum volume is obtained from the calculation of 2-3 grams of carbohydrates per kilogram of desired body weight. Calculate the volume that you received during the day can be on the labels. For example, on a package of sweets it is written that 100 g of the product contains 90 g of carbohydrates. If you eat only 50 g of sweets, respectively, you will receive 45 g.

If you consider the amount of carbohydrates a group needs per day, then, of course, it is worth considering the exclusion of simple carbohydrates from the diet and replace them with complex, for example, porridge in the morning. This will give a charge of vigor and strength for training or physical exertion. Observe the golden rule of carbohydrates: we eat fruit until 5 pm, and porridge until 14.00. Only in this case, the eaten will not be put aside in extra pounds.
