Ingredients:
- chicken wings - 900 g;
- honey - 35 g;
- tomato sauce or ketchup - 40 g;
- soy sauce - 60 ml;
- black pepper powder - 15 g;
- ground red pepper - 7 g;
- salt - to taste.
Preparation
Chicken wings are washed and dried very carefully with paper towels or napkins.
In a separate container we connect honey with soy sauce and ketchup, pour black and red ground pepper, if necessary salt and mix. When using salt, do not forget that the soy sauce is salty enough. We rub the prepared chicken wings with prepared sauce and forget about them for forty minutes.
A tray or a suitable form is lined with parchment paper or oiled foil and spread out in one layer the pickled wings. Warm up the oven to 195 degrees and place the dish in it for thirty minutes.
Recipe for wings in honey-soy sauce with garlic in a frying pan
Ingredients:
- chicken wings - 700 g;
- honey - 70 g;
- tomato paste - 70 g;
- soy sauce - 75 ml;
- lemon - 0,5 pieces;
- garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- pepper black ground - to taste;
- Spices for chicken - to taste;
- vegetable oil - 120 ml.
Preparation
Chicken wings are washed, well dried and cut through the joints.
Sprinkle with ground pepper and spices for the chicken and leave for fifteen minutes. In the meantime, we clean and finely chop the garlic and squeeze out a half of the lemon juice, which is mixed with soy sauce, liquid or melted honey and tomato paste to homogeneity.
In a deep frying pan pour vegetable refined oil, very well warm it on high heat and fry in small portions of the wings to ruddy and take out on a plate. Then we throw garlic, fry it a bit, return all the ruddy wings to the frying pan and pour the sauce prepared earlier. Thoroughly mix, cover with a lid, and blown for twenty minutes on a moderate fire, periodically mixing.

- honey - 20 g;
- soy sauce - 35 ml;

Preparation
