Chicken eggs are broken into a bowl, salt them to taste and add sour cream. Well it's all mixed up. It is not necessary to beat with a mixer, it is enough to simply disassemble it with a fork. We throw a piece of butter in a frying pan. When it melts, pour out the egg mass and on a small fire bring the omelet until ready. The frying pan must be covered with a lid.

We connect eggs with salt and sour cream. With a fork, mix it all. You can also add a little paprika - the color will become more golden. The resulting mass is poured into a silicone mold.
