Picking the flour from the edges of the "well" knead the elastic dough, slightly sticking to the hands and the surface.

The flour is sieved with soda and gradually added to the oil mixture, alternately with fermented baked milk. As a result, you should get a thick homogeneous dough, which can be flavored with vanilla extract for flavor.
