Baked rolls at home

Popularization of Japanese cuisine, sushi and rolls in particular, led to the fact that the cuisines of the whole world made their modifications to this eastern dish. The latter include the so-called baked sushi - rice rolls with any filling, and topping in the form of a sauce or cheese, which are then baked in a preheated oven, under a grill or in a microwave oven.

If you have already boiled rice, then before making baked rolls, you should make a hot sauce based on mayonnaise. The latter, ideally, should be special - Japanese, but in an extreme case our customary from the local supermarket will do. Combine the mayonnaise with a spicy sauce, caviar, a quarter of the cream cheese and chopped garlic. Pour into the mixture a drop of soy sauce and mix thoroughly.

Spread the boiled rice over the nori sheet, not completely covering one of the edges. Put the decocted boiled chicken and pieces of cream cheese on the opposite edge. Lightly moisten the free edge, fold the nori into a roll and cut. Turn the rolls upside down with rice, place a portion of the sauce on them and put everything in a preheated oven for 160 minutes for 5 minutes. If there is no oven, the baked rolls can be made in the microwave, for this purpose set the Grill mode on the device and leave everything for 7 minutes.

Baked roll with mussels

First, boil rice for sushi and season it. Put the warm rice on the nori seaweed sheets and roll everything into a roll. Now you can take and for the sauce for baked rolls. To prepare the latter, it is sufficient to combine cheese and hot sauces, as well as sliced ​​mussels (pre-drain the butter). Lay the toppings over the roll cut, place a piece of cheese on top and spread the dish on a baking tray. Baked rolls at home are almost ready, it remains only to send them to the oven for 7-10 minutes at 200 degrees.
