Mix the mixture on a fire and cook until homogeneous (that is, completely dissolving the sugar). Then you can add cream and again bring the mass to a boil. The base mixture is cooled and we begin to add milk powder: in the first stage, we put half of the total quantity, and then pour it gradually. Whisking is continued until the mass becomes thick and viscous.

After that, the burfi is distributed evenly in any container lined with food film and oiled. Dessert freezes in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, and then it can be cut into portions, form from each ball and roll it in sesame. The sesame burfi is re-cooled and fed to the table.

Slices of butter in a frying pan, add sugar and sour cream, keep the mixture on fire until homogeneity, not forgetting to stir from time to time. Then the frying pan can be removed from the fire, add the milk powder and beat until thick. Separately in the mixer we make a puree of 2 mature bananas of medium size and add to the main mixture for burfi, there also go and sliced ​​dried bananas. Ready-made banana burfas are poured into molds or poured in a continuous layer, and from above we sprinkle abundantly with coconut shavings, which will not only reduce the fat content of the prepared dish, but will also add a truly tropical flavor. The dessert will be ready for use after 6-8 hours of stay in the refrigerator.

We put butter and sugar in a saucepan, we wait until the last one completely dissolve, and add fat cream or sour cream, special sweets can mix sour cream with a couple of tablespoons of boiled condensed milk. The finished base for burfi should have a uniform consistency, without inclusions of sugar crystals and in texture match caramel. Then the mixture should be cooled to a temperature of 50-60 degrees or at least to those values ​​at which the mass will not burn the fingers. When the necessary temperature is reached, fill in the dried milk, knead the future burfi until uniform and pour it into a greased form. While the dessert did not have time to freeze, sprinkle the top with crushed pistachios and put in the fridge for 8-10 hours, and then cut into thin slices.
