Biscuits with jam and crumbs

Baking is a wonderful way of using jam (and not just jam), the expiration date of which is coming to an end. If in your pantry there is a jar of delicacies which is about to be sugared, then prepare from it a classic shortbread cookie with crumbs topping.

It will not take much time to prepare the base, and therefore immediately set the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. Ice oil grate and combine with flour, vanilla and granulated sugar. If you have a blender at hand, it will take a few seconds to use it. 2/3 of the test is placed on the bottom and the walls of the mold chosen for baking. We set the basis for the first bake, it will take 25 minutes. Cover the finished cake with jam and sprinkle with the crumb prepared from the mixture of the remaining dough with oat flakes. Another 20 minutes in the oven and you can divide into portions.

2/3 of flour, oil and sugar, rub together with the baking powder and milk until crumbs are obtained. The remaining ingredients are also turned into crumbs, but sprinkled with spices. Mix the dough with the nuts.

Put 2/3 of the dough into a mold and put on baking for 12 minutes at 165 degrees. The stained base is covered with jam, sprinkle with the remaining mixture and cook the biscuits with jam and crumb for another 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

Whisk the egg with lemon juice and sour cream. Separately turn into a crumb of flour with butter and soda. Combine both mixtures into a soft dough, and then divide the resulting piece in half. Cover the bottom of the mold with one half, spread a layer of jam over the top and sprinkle the pastry with crumbs from the second piece of grated dough on a large grater. Bake the cookies at 175 degrees 20 minutes, cool and cut into portions.
